Successful Conclusion of Internal Hackathon 2024

Microtek College of Management and Technology, Sankat Mochan Campus, successfully hosted the Internal Hackathon 2024 with overwhelming participation from students across its Sankat Mochan and Maldhaiya branches.

The event saw 25 teams with over 142 students showcasing their innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills under the Guidance of SIH SPOC Neelotpal Dey.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Vikram Pratap Singh, Deputy Registrar & Head of the Computer Science Department at Jeevandeep Group of Educational Institutions, who inspired students with his motivating speech during the inauguration.

The judging panel, consisting of Vandana Ma'am, Ashutosh Sir, Sanjay Mishra Sir, and the Chief Guest, collaborated to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation based on innovation, feasibility, scalability, and presentation. The final decisions were made collectively, ensuring a balanced judgment.

The winning teams are as follows:

Successful people do not see failures as failures. They see them as important learning lessons. Lessons that are capable of giving them insights to prevent such mistakes from happening again. By adopting this mindset of turning each failure into a learning lesson or opportunity.

  • Best Presentation Award: Team Error led by Shuryansh
  • ⁠Best Innovation Award: Team CyberChefs led by Himanshu Pandey The event was expertly coordinated by Satyam Shaurya and Neelotpal Dey, along with key contributors including Sunny Pandey (Technical Management), Mrigank Sir (Queue Management), and Ravi Sir (Media Coverage).

Special thanks to Branch Manager Vipul Sir for his guidance and support, which was instrumental in the event's success.

The event was a grand success, with students motivated to continue exploring innovation and creative solutions. It set the stage for their participation in the Smart India Hackathon 2024.
